Sangrar of the Elder Days was a smaller world than Sangrar after the Reckoning and politics, as you  know, it did not  exist.  Each Elder Race lived on its own, there were no nations, and the closest anyone came to mounting a border patrol was keeping on eye on  the Caverns of Gloom.
